Amar Social Responsibility, 2024

  • Efforts were made to attract qualified and specialized national manpower, in addition to maintaining the Kuwaitization Rate.
  • Participated in SHIFT 2 job fair on December 2, 2024, to highlight the different career paths available within the company, and to equip new graduates with the necessary skills and insights to begin a successful career in investment.
  • The professional efficiency and training qualifications of the national workforce within the company has been developed through carefully selected training programs.
  • Employees were trained and developed to elevate the company's required standards, enhance teamwork culture, promote continuous learning, and develop skills by improving their professional capabilities.
  • Conducting regular performance and career development evaluation and developing levels of employees’ motivation and efficiency in a satisfactory manner with the aim of achieving a good balance between employees’ satisfaction, loyalty and workforce costs.
  • A project for providing Iftar meals for low-wage workers was implemented, allocating 1,350 meals.
  • A donation was made to the Red Crescent.

  • The company has sponsored the “Covid-Free Concrete graduation project” for students of the College of Petroleum Engineering at Kuwait University.
  • The company conducted periodic checks for its employees to ensure that they are free from Corona virus infection.
